This may be the laziest big-budget movie I have ever seen. I cannot think of a film that did so little in so much running time; at two and a half hours we get no character development, no plot that makes any semblance of sense; just noise; lots and lots of [...]

[...] Find it at Yahoo. It looks like business as usual in Michael Bay’s world. Porno shots of the military? Check. Extraneous camera movement? Check. Obvious dialogue? Check. However… …Steven Speilberg has proclaimed this Bay’s best film (okay, that is small praise and he is a producer!), while Bay has promised a more streamlined plot [...] Michael Douglas and Oliver Stone are set to return in a follow-up to their acclaimed Wall Street. Strikingly, perhaps knowingly, not based on a script by Stone, the film will address the recent financial crisis. With Douglas’s character, Gordan Gekko, in legal trouble at the end of the first film, it sounds like he [...] The new Transformers 2 trailer is online. Not giving away much in plot it does promise more robots, more explosions, and more Shia La Beouf. So, no surprises then. Sub-woofers will be growling in pain from 25th June 2009, at a cinema near you! [...] |
